friendly staffroom upgraderooftop viewhard bed
the staff was friendly upon my arrival. i received a room upgrade, a lovely surprise. the rooftop bar provided drinks with a great view. it was a basic room nonetheless it included a fridge.
The bed was quite hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. the only toiletries available were bars of soap. There were no robes or slippers.

The location was central. It made exploring the area easy.
I was quite frustrated. the room was not ready when i arrived. also the parking was full, even though i had reserved it months in advance. This resulted in extra expenses.
